webcast will provide collection system engineers and owners with the tools they
need to perform successful manhole rehabilitation projects. The first portion of
the webcast will provide a background in manhole assessment and selection of
appropriate rehabilitation technologies. We will begin with a description of
the initial condition assessment phase based on NASSCO’s Manhole Assessment and
Certification Program (MACP). This will be followed by descriptions of
rehabilitation technologies from industry experts, including grout,
cementitious, polymers, and chimney rehabilitation.
portion of the webcast will focus on design, specifications, and quality. We
will describe the use of NASSCO’s recently completed standard specifications as
a guideline for your project specifications. The webcast will wrap up with an
overview of the post rehabilitation inspection and testing that should be
required for various technologies.
Each portion will be followed by a
brief Q&A session. The speakers plan to establish a “Frequently Asked
Questions” (FAQ) webpage as a follow-up to this webcast.
