2013 CANADIAN YOUNG PROFESSIONALS SUMMIT
Held in conjunction with WEFMAX, the summit offers New Professionals an opportunity to meet and share experiences, discuss their perspective on the challenges and benefits of incorporating sustainable features on wastewater projects and much more.  New Professionals and seasoned professionals are welcomed to attend the Summit and to stay on for the WEFMAX meeting following the Summit.  Welcome Message   | Registration Form   |  Sponsor Form | Program

WEAO has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview.  Two Queen Beds, City View at a special rate per night of $119.00 or a 2 bedroom deluxe suite, City View at a special rate of $129.00 plus city, state, and hotel tax currently at 16%.  These rates are only available until 5:00 pm local time on Sunday, April, 15, 2013.  Additionally, there will be a $2 fee per person, per day for triple or quad accomodation.  The hotel has offered a limited number of pre and post room rates with City view as shown below.  Confirm your rates when reserving your extended stay.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  In order to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax for an individual reservation, the hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5 pm, two days before arrival date (48 hours in advance) of the reservation.  Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in, in order that these charges may be billed to the individual's account.  Based on availability, the special room rate will be offered to those staying 2 days prior to and 2 days after the meeting.  Check-in time is 4:00 pm | Check-out is 11:00 am.

THURSDAY WEFMAX SOCIAL: To be held on Thursday, May 16.  Join us for an exciting Winery Tour & Wine Tasting followed by a relaxed dinner at the Konzelmann Estate Winery.  Bus will depart hotel at 6:00 pm and return at 9:30 pm.

WEATHER:
Temperatures can range from a high of 70 degrees to a nightly low of 48 degrees with an average of 0.00 inches of rain for the month of May.  It is advised to bring a range of clothing, including t-shirts, sweaters, light pants, heavy slacks.  Dressing in layers is a good idea.  Daytimes can be warm, but evenings can still be chilly.
