WEAO has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview. Two Queen Beds, City View at a special rate per night of $119.00 or a 2 bedroom deluxe suite, City View at a special rate of $129.00 plus city, state, and hotel tax currently at 16%. These rates are only available until 5:00 pm local time on Sunday, April, 15, 2013. Additionally, there will be a $2 fee per person, per day for triple or quad accomodation. The hotel has offered a limited number of pre and post room rates with City view as shown below. Confirm your rates when reserving your extended stay.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. In order to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax for an individual reservation, the hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5 pm, two days before arrival date (48 hours in advance) of the reservation. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in, in order that these charges may be billed to the individual's account. Based on availability, the special room rate will be offered to those staying 2 days prior to and 2 days after the meeting. Check-in time is 4:00 pm | Check-out is 11:00 am.

THURSDAY WEFMAX SOCIAL: To be held on Thursday, May 16. Join us for an exciting Winery Tour & Wine Tasting followed by a relaxed dinner at the Konzelmann Estate Winery. Bus will depart hotel at 6:00 pm and return at 9:30 pm.

Temperatures can range from a high of 70 degrees to a nightly low of 48 degrees with an average of 0.00 inches of rain for the month of May. It is advised to bring a range of clothing, including t-shirts, sweaters, light pants, heavy slacks. Dressing in layers is a good idea. Daytimes can be warm, but evenings can still be chilly.
