His long term affiliation with CSWEA has brought great understanding of the association and its three state structure and framework. He is currently employed as the District Manager at Lakes Region Sanitary District, where he has overseen tremendous growth in the last decade.  Mr Haque is truly enthusiastic about his new position at CSWEA and is an advocate for the industry and looks forward to advancing the goals of WEF and CSWEA.  He will be attending WEFMAX and is looking forward to using this opportunity to meet MA Leaders and share in the vast exchange of information.

SUCCESSION PLANNING

What did we Learn...
Written materials i.e. SOPs, are necessary; place the right people with the right job, committee, tasks; Turf world goes away...NPs do not see turf role so do not force them to choose; don't stifle the NP from moving forward. As an organization you need to focus on one thing well, but not so much that you don't see the bigger picture. Sustain business model and stay out in front, sense what is coming and do not operate in emergency mode. It is to be a living breathing document and can never be considered done. The following presentations were given at WEFMAX in 2012.

Chesapeake WEA (2012) | Presentation
