WEFMAX is unlike any other meeting providing the members of the House of Delegates, MA Leaders, and WEF Staff an opportunity to meet, discuss challenges, and share successes.

MWEA has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at the Sheraton Suite Country Club Plaza with a special rate per night of $149 single/double occupancy plus city, state, and hotel tax currently at 15.85% plus a resort charge of $1.75. This rate is only available until 5:00 pm local time on Monday, March 30, 2015. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. When making a reservation, please advise the hotel you are booking under the "Missouri WEA" group.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. In order to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax for an individual reservation, the hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5 PM, three days (72 hrs.) before arrival date of the reservation. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in, in order that these charges may be billed to the individual's account. Based on availability, the hotel will offer rates two days prior to and two days after the event. Rooms vacated prior to reservation check-out will result in early departure fee of $50 at check-out. Check-in time is 3:00 PM | Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
