Marketing ManagerJoin the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and manage the creative development of marketing campaigns to include conceptualizing, writing, editing and distributing printed materials and digital content used for various target audiences. Responsibilities include coordinating activities related to the timely execution of marketing plans and projects; creating integrated marketing plans to support annual conference and specialty conferences; assisting with communications efforts and distribution channels with emphasis on digital tools, social media, website information updates and leading market research efforts; and working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure campaign workflow from inception to completion.
Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related field of 3 -5+ years of experience; strong project manager, writing, editing, proofreading; and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment on many projects simultaneously. WEF is also looking for candidates with knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media; some experience with CMS databases, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite; and solid project management skills.

Director of Finance
is searching for a director of finance and this new position will assume many
of the responsibilities of the current CFO. Those responsibilities
include leading the organization’s financial management operations; maintaining
and managing compliance with internal policies and external requirements and
guidelines; overseeing the annual audit and tax returns; supervising the
organization’s investment of funds; coordinating the annual budget process; and
