Thoughts from the New WEF President

I’m assuming the presidency of WEF at a very pivotal time in history for WEF and for all of us as water professionals. We have to think differently now than we did three years ago before the recession. We need to be even more creative with financial resources that at times are not sufficient, and we are all faced with doing more with less.
