Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted on company letterhead with a detailed explanation by 08/31/2009. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Registrants who fail to notify WEF of cancellation by 08/31/2009, are responsible for the full registration fee.
