Workshop A: 2012 NWRI UV Guidelines New Updates to Challenging IssuesSunday, February 24, 2013 | 8:30am – 5:00pm | Lunch Included
This workshop will provide an overview of the Guidelines from the National Water Research Institute’s “Ultraviolet Disinfection Guidelines for Drinking Water and Water Reuse". Participants will gain a better understanding of the guidelines from various perspectives including regulators, manufacturers, and consultants.
Workshop B: Ceramic And Biosand Filter WorkshopSunday, February 24, 2013 | 8:30am – 5:00pm | Lunch Included
In this workshop, presenters will review the current state of knowledge around the technical, social, and cultural factors that lead to the success – and failure – of ceramic and biosand filter implementations worldwide. Presentations will focus heavily on review and discussion of the latest research, with a focus on ceramic filters and biosand filters.
