I operate a lagoon system and looks like we will be required to remove total phosphorus to < 30 ppb.
I realize we will need to add ferric or something like it. My question is; then what, sand filter, DAF, clarifier?
Anyone have any experience with this?

I think you need membranes to get down to 30 ppb consistently. Sand filters will not do it. DAF is for sludge thickening, not polishing steps like this.
