Water
purification system
The
arium® pro series water purification system features an integrated
glass interface display with touch-function and user-friendly menu
navigation. The menu guidance enables users to produce laboratory-grade water
easily. Volume- and time-controlled dispensing, coupled with freely
adjustable flow rates, provides users with flexibility in routine
applications. Other features include an activatable PIN code for basic

Ultraviolet
disinfection systems
The
Blackcomb series of ultraviolet disinfection systems is designed to treat
residential applications. The Blackcomb4.0 is designed with a splashproof
controller and a single-ended reactor. The Blackcomb5.0 offers an
innovative controller with a color interface displaying the system’s status,
as well as QR codes for a link back to the company’s website for installation
and maintenance guidance. The Blackcomb6.0 comes complete with an
ultraviolet sensor, which continuously monitors the system’s intensity. Luminor

Chlorine
dioxide sensors
CLD500
chlorine dioxide sensors use advanced amperometric measurement technology to
accurately monitor chlorine dioxide in disinfection applications. With two
models covering the 0–2 ppm and 0–10 ppm full-scale ranges, the sensors can
be used in new installations or as field replacements for existing sensors in
chlorine dioxide generators, pools, and other water treatment systems. The
advanced sensing membrane keeps cross-sensitivity interference from free
chlorine to a minimum. The sensors also feature improved stability over the
entire operating temperature range and an integral two-wire-loop-powered
transmitter with 4–20-mA output, which delivers readings to process control

Ultraviolet
solution
The
Wedeco Duron open-channel ultraviolet disinfection system is designed to
provide clean, safe treated wastewater of the highest standard using minimum
energy. A key benefit of the solution is its small footprint. An innovative
45-degree vertical-incline design, combined with Wedeco Ecoray 600-W lamps,
minimizes the number of lamps needed. Another feature is sensor-based dose
pacing, which applies the correct dosage while conserving both power and lamp

Large-scale
ultraviolet disinfection
TrojanUVSigna™
is designed for large-scale wastewater disinfection applications. The system
will disinfect an average of 52 mgd of water, with a peak capacity of 150
mgd. Other features include system suitability, the lowest number of
ultraviolet lamps, and ease of operation and maintenance. Trojan

Mixers
The
GridBee GS-12 family of electric mixers is designed to rest on the floor of
potable-water storage tanks and constantly circulate water to evenly
distribute disinfectants to kill bacteria. The mixers are installed through a
12-in.-diameter or larger hatch. There is no need to enter or drain the tank
for installation or to place the mixer in the center of the tank.
Installation directly below the hatch will mix the entire tank. The mixers
are compatible with GridBee and SolarBee Chlorine Boost and THM removal
systems to ensure optimal water quality and to meet the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency Stage 2 Disinfection Byproducts Rule. SolarBee Inc.

Pump
The
620 hypochlorite pump features off-gassing to prevent vapor lock while
maintaining ± 0.1% accuracy in hypochlorite metering. The pump delivers flow
rates at pump head speeds that don’t compromise tube life and handles such
harsh chemicals as sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, sodium bisulfate,
aluminum, fluoride, carbon and lime slurries, polymers, aqueous ammonia,
potassium permanganate, and caustic slurries. With no valves or seals to
clog, it requires minimal maintenance. Watson-Marlow Pumps Group

Chlorine
measuring system
The OPTISYS CL 1100 determines the chlorine content in
drinking water. This device is ideal for disinfection of clean water,
monitoring chlorine as a growth inhibitor, and product disinfection. The
device measures chlorine using a sensor with a three-electrode design. Its
features include two gold electrodes on the outside, which are resistant to
fouling, making it always ready for use even if no chlorine has been added
for a long time, and a membrane-free potentiostatic sensor with no pores that

Fluidized-bed
reactor
The Small-Scale Fluidized Bed Reactor systems for
treatment of selenium in coal-mining waters enables coal-mine operators to
treat flows of less than 100 gal/min. The reactor can achieve selenium
concentrations lower than 5 µg/L at discharge, even in the presence of high
levels of nitrate. The systems can be automated and delivered in standard-size
ISO containers to difficult-to-reach locations. Installations require minimal
site preparation and engineering and can be monitored remotely. Envirogen

embrane
filtration
The
Engineered Filtration System design is fully automated and includes the option
for remote monitoring. The system can be used in such applications as membrane
bioreactors, wastewater polishing, industrial process wastewater treatment,
prefiltration before reverse osmosis, groundwater treatment, landfill leachate treatment,
oil/gas-produced-water treatment, and many other filtration applications. Other

Mobile
treatment solutions
The
mobile PureClO2® ElectroChemical chlorine dioxide generators range
in capacity from 10 to 120 lb/d, with additional sizes to be added. Each unit
produces 99.5% pure chlorine-free chlorine dioxide with safe and reliable
performance using a remote on/off dosing pump control. Other features
include a color touch-screen operator-interface terminal and an integrated

Phosphorus
removal
The
RTC101 P-Module phosphorus control system is a turnkey solution providing
real-time control of chemical dosing that helps maintain consistent phosphorus
levels in effluent waters. The system can be used for both open (feed-forward)
and closed-loop (feed-back) control of chemical dose. The chemical-feed pump is
controlled continuously via a 4–20-mA signal or a dry-contact relay. Both

Aerator
The modified version of Microluft (patent filed) is a
bottom-mounted aerator that sucks atmospheric air to the bottoms of dams and
ponds by creating a vortex in a pipe. At the bottom, the air reaches the
specially designed impeller that disperses the air as very fine bubbles into
the surrounding water. The system is designed not to clog in unfiltered

Stainless Steel Conduit and Couplings are available in Type 304 and Type 316
stainless steel and designed to resist corrosion in harsh environments in a
variety of applications where electrical systems are exposed to corrosive
elements, including disinfection operations and motor-control centers in water
treatment facilities. The couplings also can withstand washdown and sanitation
operations typical in food and beverage processing plants. The conduit and

Volumetric
titrator
The
AQUACOUNTER
®
Karl Fischer Volumetric Titrator (AQV-2200S) is designed to be
rugged, reliable, long lasting, and ecofriendly, with small-volume titration
cells requiring only 20 mL of titration solvent for accurate measurements. The
titrator is suited for a wide range of concentrations, from 100 ppm to 100%
water content, with its maximum capability for automation and upgrades.
Combining one additional station with either a volumetric or coulometric module
allows two different measurements to be performed at the same time. Users can
add various peripherals, such as a second channel, and the system recognizes

Oxygen monitor
The Air Check O2 monitor is a compact,
easy-to-install unit designed for use in confined spaces where inert gases
might accumulate. The monitor is recommended for use in gas-storage areas,
freezers, and other locations where low oxygen levels may pose a dangerous
asphyxiation hazard. Unlike traditional electrochemical sensor cells, the
monitor features a current-limiting zirconium oxide oxygen sensor that will
operate continuously for more than 10 years with little or no maintenance. It
responds to low oxygen conditions within seconds and provides drift-free oxygen
readings in areas where temperature, barometric pressure, and humidity levels
are variable. The monitor is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

pH sensor
The S8000 Modular pH Sensor Platform is designed for
consistent accuracy in harsh environments. The sensor cartridge features rugged
Ryton
®
(PPS) parts and Viton
®
seals in a chemically
resistant body. Because of its flat-surface, self-cleaning technology, little
maintenance is needed. The sensor electrode measures a pH range from zero to 14
(zero to 12.3 pH with low sodium ion error) at a pressure range of zero to 100
lb/in.2 (gauge) derated under temperature. The optional ORP Redox
Electrode measures –1000 mV to +1000 mV, and the optional HF-resistant pH
electrode measures zero to 12 pH at 0
°C

Mixer
The
redesigned Enterprise Aspirating Mixer provides a more energy- and
cost-efficient option for aerating and mixing. The retooled unit produces
increased airflow, pumpage rate, and thrust and is designed to be easy to
install. The mixer uses a high-volume axial-flow propeller pump design that
operates within a close tolerance throat. The water propelled from the throat
and forced through a specially designed venturi nozzle more than doubles the
velocity of the fluid pumped, causing a low-pressure area to occur at the air
intake. The mixer is available in 1-, 2-, and 3-hp, 230-V, 1 phase; or 1.5-, 2-,
and 3-hp, 230-V or 460-V, 3 phases. There are no long shafts to keep in balance

PCB terminal
blocks
The
804 Series push-button PCB terminal blocks provide jumper-free commoning to
support manufacturers exporting LED devices and industrial electronics. The
series also provides tool-free, PUSH WIRE® terminations for solid
and ferruled conductors AWG 28–12. The terminal blocks feature an integrated
test port and provide marking via optional self-adhesive marker strips or
custom, direct printing. The push-buttons simplify insertion/removal for
fine-stranded conductors, and enable easy removal of all conductor types. The
CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure technology resists vibration, corrosion,
and thermal cycling. The units are available in 5-mm (two to 16 poles) or

Resistant
adhesives
MasterSil 153 two-component silicone adhesive features
easy handling with a 1:1 mix ratio by weight, and its paste consistency enables
precise application. The silicone has a low exotherm and working life of 5 to 7
hours at room temperature. It is a
self-priming
system, which bonds to many similar and dissimilar substrates, including most
metals, plastics, glass, ceramic, and cured silicone rubber. It also is
serviceable from –65°F to more than 400°F. The silicone can withstand severe
thermal cycling, as well as vibration and mechanical shock. If stored in its
original containers, it has a shelf life of 6 months. Available in various

Tilt float
switches
This expanded line of tilt float switches is designed to
meet various large-volume liquid-level applications. The switches feature a
watertight molded rubber float with integral three-conductor cable. Three
different configurations enable the user to choose the right style for the
application at hand. The switches are ideal for open vessels, wastewater tanks,
sumps, pools, and ponds. Each float is constructed of durable EPDM for long
service life and resistance to heat, oxidation, ozone, and weather aging. The
switches contain an 8-A (250-VAC) microswitch on an antivibration
mount. The SPDT switch element can be connected for either “open” or “closed”
contact configurations and can measure both increasing and decreasing levels.
The resulting signal can be used to start or stop a pump, open or close a
valve, or actuate indicator alarms, as required. Madison Co. (Branford,

Gas detector
The lightweight, highly configurable Ventis MX4 multigas
detector is capable of detecting one to four gases, including oxygen, methane,
and any two of the following toxic gases: carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide,
nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide. The detector can be configured with
methane, carbon monoxide, and oxygen sensors for everyday mining applications;
with the addition of the nitrogen dioxide sensor, it becomes well-suited for
mines using diesel equipment. Industrial Scientific Corp. (Pittsburgh).
Recharger
The Recharger® 900HD detention/retention
chamber measures 9.25 ft long × 78 in. wide × 48 in. tall. It features a
bare-chamber storage capacity of 123.34 ft³/unit and a minimum installed
storage of 190.73 ft³/unit. The systems are constructed with the tallest
available chambers, which enable customers to use fewer units to achieve the
needed storage volume, require less labor, and reduce the cost per cubic foot.
The recharger is ideal for replacing large-diameter pipe, stacked, or crate systems
and allows for additional site development. The recharger features the
company’s side portal internal manifold feature and works together with HVLV
FC-24 feed connectors to enable manifolding to take place at any point within
the system for maximum design flexibility. Each unit can accept up to a
24-in.-diameter pipe into its end wall to manage greater flow rates. CULTEC

Signal sensor
The
ZSSC3026 sensor combines high-accuracy amplification, 16-bit precision
analog-to-digital conversion, and an 18-bit DSP for linearization and
calibration functions. The sensor provides special features for battery-driven,
low-power devices. Designed initially for high-resolution altimeter module
applications, it is ideal for use in any device that requires high accuracy and
low power consumption. The sensor is suited for applications in mobile devices
