The Check-Set™ IV Thermometer Calibration System is designed to provide accurate, unambiguous, and cost-effective calibration and accuracy verification for a wide range of thermometers and temperature measurement instruments. It is compatible with various of dial and digital thermometers, filled system bulbs, and electronic temperature sensors.The system provides a stable and accurate temperature environment within a test well into which the thermometer under test is inserted. It also offers industry-leading accuracy of ±0.2°F at several standard temperatures as well as custom set points between 40°F and 200°F. Tel-Tru Manufacturing Co. (Rochester, N.Y.). 



The SA1100 provides portable testing of drinking water for lead and copper with quick and accurate results. The lightweight, waterproof instrument is capable of field or laboratory-based water analysis. Tests are conducted with easy-to-use disposable sensors for accurate results in less than 3 minutes. Up to 500 results are stored with time and date information in its memory. Data can be downloaded to PC or tablet devices via USB for convenient logging and tracking. Tests for lead and copper are guided with on-screen prompts on the LCD monitor, and can be performed accurately without extensive training. The S80 Fluoride Specific Ion Sensor combines with the AC10 Self-Cleaning Module and the Model T80 Universal Transmitter to form a complete fluoride analyzer system. The S80-AC10-T80 can be used as a fluoride analyzer system to monitor fluoride levels in water. Model S80 is versatile, rugged, and low-maintenance. It is available in two universal sensor designs: insertion/submersion or valve retractable with flared end to prevent blowout. It features long-life, replaceable electrode cartridges to lower operating costs, and is available with multiple individual measurement parameters in the same housing. The Model T80 is a single-channel transmitter designed for the continuous measurement of multiple parameters in a general-purpose industrial environment that digitally communicates with the S80 intelligent sensor and automatically configures the transmitter’s menus and display screens to the measured parameter. The AC10 is an air-blast spray cleaner for sensors that are available as either a single or dual channel system for use with the S80. Electro-Chemical Devices (Irvine, Calif.). 



This wireless system has been designed to continuously monitor water use in real time. Using breakthrough technology, a self-contained, nonintrusive monitor listens to the pulse of the water meter, and real-time data is sent wirelessly to a Web portal to view the property’s water consumption by the month, day, or the hour. If a major leak occurs — much like an energy surge popping a circuit breaker — the device alerts the manager or engineer that a water spike above the preset limit has occurred. The alert can be sent to both a computer and a smartphone, and can be customized for business hours as well as after hours and weekends. WaterSignal (Atlanta). 


Remote monitoring 

Tank Cloud Remote Monitoring enables users to monitor facilities and processes from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using the company’s proprietary remote level sensors and modules, or any sensor with a 4–20mA output, tank cloud users can remotely monitor level, pressure, temperature, flow, pH, and other process variables through an easy-to-use online interface. The system sensors and input modules connect to the user’s network via an Ethernet cable and transmit data via the user’s Internet connection — whether landline, cellular, radio, or satellite. On the company’s intuitive Web portal, operators and managers have ready access to real-time and historical data, and can manage various alarms and set permission levels for various personnel.
