**Student Nonmember: To qualify for the Student Non-Member rate, you must provide proof of enrollment in a minimum of six (6) credit hours at an accredited college or university and provide written documentation on school letterhead, verifying your student status.

Workshops are not included with conference registration.
Member Rate Qualifications
To qualify for member rates, you must have a current individual WEF membership, valid through the date of the event you are attending. You should have your member ID number. Though your institution may be a member of WEF, you must maintain an individual WEF membership to be eligible to receive the member rate.
Nonmember
If you are not a WEF member or your membership lapses and is not renewed by the time of the event, you will either have to join/renew your membership or pay the non-member rate for the event.
Students who are not members of WEF must pay the student nonmember rate and provide proof of student status, during the registration process.
Payment
Online registration payments are by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
Cancellation and Substitution
A written request for cancellation/refund must be submitted by Friday, May 31, 2024. WEF will charge a 25% cancellation fee and refund 75%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after Friday, May 31, 2024. Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute. An organization may submit a request to substitute one person for another in writing by Friday, May 31, 2024.

Policies, Terms, and Conditions
The Omni Oklahoma City is the only official conference hotel and is accepting reservations directly by telephone or online via the booking links posted below. WEF has not authorized or endorsed any third party housing service or independent broker to process hotel reservations for the Residuals and Biosolids Conference 2024. For your own protection, do not make reservations through any other housing or travel company. Neither WEF nor the Omni Oklahoma City hotel can assist you with reservation problems if you book through another agency.
** The conference headquarters hotel (Omni OKC) is currently sold out on June 18th and 19th. WEF is looking for an overflow hotel and will share the details soon. **
Located next door to the Oklahoma City Convention Center, the Omni Oklahoma City hotel pays homage to the heritage and culinary prowess of the city. Guest rooms offer uninterrupted views of Scissortail Park or the downtown skyline and are outfitted with modern in-room amenities, including Keurig coffee makers and fast Wi-Fi. The Omni offers seven dining destinations that showcase the best cuisine in OKC. Relax at the rooftop pool and keep up with workouts in its state-of-the-art fitness center. Or treat yourself post-conference at Mokara Spa before heading to an event at the Paycom Center, to dinner in Bricktown, or other nearby attractions.
Hotel rooms at the conference rate are not guaranteed. They will be offered until they either sell out or until the May 24, 2024, deadline (whichever occurs first).
