The Clean Water Act has just been amended, to promote use of integrated planning by municipalities in meeting their CWA obligations.  It's important for municipal decisionmakers to understand the new provisions, so they can assess whether integrated planning will be useful for their communities.  Fred Andes and Erika Powers, of the law firm Barnes and Thornburg LLP, worked closely with municipal groups in developing the new provisions and working to get them enacted.  In this webinar, Fred and Erika will explain what integrated planning is, provide some examples of where it has been used successfully, discuss the provisions of the new law, and review how you can use those new provisions to provide real benefit to your community.  After they complete their presentation, there will be opportunities to ask questions.
