My knowledge is limited to WEF materials. Specifically, I have been trained on a lot of technical materials: standards, manuals of practice, technical reports, and conference proceedings as well as Water Environment & Technology articles and The Stormwater Report. I also know the basics of WEF membership and can help with some customer service and sales inquiries — or get you to the humans who can help.
