Contract, License & Cancellation

Secure a Sponsorship

Please note: The Federation has various types of memberships. Only Exhibitor Members or Corporate Members are eligible for the discount on sponsorships.
Become an Exhibitor Member or Corporate Member to receive the discounted member rate.

Sponsors are required to review the appropriate License Agreement prior to signing the contract. By signing the contract, the sponsor agrees to all terms and conditions of the License.

Sponsorship Cancellation Fee Schedule:

Until April 11, 2023	25% cancellation fee in effect
After April 11, 2023	100% cancellation fee in effect
